I fell in love with the ocean at an early age. My dad was a lifeguard at Huntington Beach and this is where I spent countless hours as a kid, splashing around in the waves for hours on end.
I eventually started body surfing and boogie boarding, which gave way to surfing. I've had countless marathon surf sessions between now and then, and I've met some amazing characters along the way.
I'm lucky to live near some of the best waves in the world, but my travel overseas is what inspired me to start this website. Through incredible experiences and even more incredible people, came the desire to share in the connection I've felt with others who have the same passion... the love of surfing.
